Data We Process
- Webserver Logs: When you access our website, technical data (IP address, date, time, browser, operating system, and visited pages) are automatically stored. This is necessary for security, error analysis, and system stability.
- Cloudflare: We use Cloudflare as a CDN and security service. Cloudflare may temporarily process IP addresses and other technical data to protect our service against attacks and improve performance.
- Labymod Addon: If you upload screenshots through our Labymod addon, we receive the image and validate your request using a Minecraft access token. This allows us to verify your identity without requiring an e-mail address.
- Access Token: The Minecraft access token is only used to confirm that the upload originates from your account. We do not store the token longer than required for validation.
- IP Address Check: For security reasons, we compare the IP address of the login request with the IP address used for the upload. This helps prevent misuse of the login link.
Legal Basis
The processing of data is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) GDPR:
- Art. 6 (1) lit. b – for providing our service and validating uploads,
- Art. 6 (1) lit. f – for our legitimate interests in securing the system, preventing abuse, and analyzing errors.
Data Retention
Server logs are usually stored for up to 7 days and then deleted automatically unless longer storage is required for evidence in the case of security incidents. Uploaded images remain available on our platform until you remove them or request deletion.
Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing of your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing and to data portability.
To exercise your rights, please contact us at the address provided above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
